Driver Applicants: (All
applications are kept on file for 6 months)
Criteria for Driver Applicants:
Valid CDL
Valid DOT Physical Card
3 Year MVR (no older than 30 days)
Social Security Card
Authorization to verify employment for the past 3 years
Negative Drug Screen Results
Our Insurance Company Requires:
Every driver must be at least 23 years of age
MVR must have no more than 2 moving violations
Once a position becomes available, our insurance
company will be sent a copy of the applicant's MVR for review. Upon
approval from the insurance company, the driver applicant will be
contacted for an interview. After this point, if the applicant is still
in consideration for the position, he/she will be sent for a
pre-employment drug screening. Once the negative result is received, the
applicant will be notified and offered the position.
Drug Test Required:
Drug tests are required for all DOT regulated
positions.
